Fifty five Kurdistan honey samples were collected from four governorates in Kurdistan region. Fourty samples were represented mountain honeys, while, the rest samples (Fifteen samples) were from plain honeys. The Phisico - chemical characteristics were analyzed and the results were summarized as follows; The grand total mean value for water content of the Kurdistan honeys (Total mean of 2011 and 2012) was 13.33% and ranged between 7.10 to 20.54%. The grand mean value of PH for Kurdistan honeys was 3.62 with range from 3.62 to 4.8. The grand mean of free acids for Kurdistan honeys was 25.12 with range from 12.5 to 42.0. The total mean of lactone content Kurdistan honey (Mountain and Plain) in the 2nd year was 3.66 and ranged between 0.5 to 10.5. The total mean value of total acidity for Kurdistan honey (Mountain and Plain) in the 2nd year, was 24.40 with the range from 11.0 - 17.50
