Society has become concerned with the issues of natural resource depletion and environmental degradation. Most businesses have interacted to such awareness by providing 2greener3 products and using 2greener3 processes. Most companies have found that the minimization of their environmental harmful effect is an advantage to explore ways of moving forward law compliance using pollution prevention strategies and environmental management accounting (EMA) systems to improve their environmental performance. One possible way of conceptualizing how organizations can more effectively address their environmental challenges is by looking at the threats and opportunities posed by the natural environment as a series of change opportunities. Within this perspective, the leader{u2019}s task is to enhance an organization{u2019}s DNA for change{u2014}not only for economic, but also environmental reasons
