The reserch is study deferent fungal species which are the cause of tinea diseases and called "Dermatophytes" using modern molecular biology techniques. Polymerase chain reaction methods were used to differentiate between different fungal isolates. Keratinase are the key enzymed for fungal invasion of skin which can cause tinea for human and dermatophytosed for animal by catalyzing and hydrolyzing the first outer skin called keratin. Keratinase was purified using different methods
