The treatment of water and wastewater utilities problem represents the best usage of our resources on the national economy. One of the problems that face Egypt now is the ad-hoc failure of water &wastewater utilities. The rapid growth of its population yearly increased both water demands and water disposal. Serious strategies for water development & improving water disposal have to be established to prevent this failure which leads to both private and public benefit .Making a study of the current situation in an area of a district in one of the governorates in Egypt and making a reliable tool to predict of regular maintenance of pipeline network before ad-hoc failure or replacing parts of the existing network. Delivery of more sustainable GIS applications which allow continual functional enhancements using common development tools is a must besides better supported application with improved system and user documentation
