A total of 240 one-day-old chicks Cobb® unsexed broiler chicks were individually weighed and assigned randomly into eight groups: control groups, Endox® groups, ginger groups, ginger-Endox® groups in both thermo-neutral (24 C{u00BA}) and heat stress (38 C{u00BA}) conditions. For six weeks Endox® was supplemented at rate of (125 g/ton ration) while ginger powder was supplemented at rate of (2.5 kg/ton ration). Results revealed that dietary Endox® and ginger increased significantly live body weights and consequently decreased feed conversion ratio in both heat stress and thermo-neutral conditions. Ginger supplementation showed a significant hypolipidemic and hypoglycemic effects, while it showed a significant increase in HDLs in both heat stress and thermoneutral conditions. In addition ginger supplementation demonstrated a significantly increase in GSH, SOD, CAT and GPx activities and accompanied by decrease in MDA level while Endox® supplementation showed a significant increase in GSH activity and a numerical increase in GPx activity and accompanied by decrease in MDA level in both thermo-neutral and heat-stress conditions at 6th week of age. At 4th and 6th week of age dietary supplementation with ginger showed a significantly increase in (T3) level and recorded a significant decrease in plasma corticosterone level in heat stress condition when compared to control
