Dissertation note: Thesis (Ph.D.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine- Department of Operative Dentistry Summary: Purpose: This study was carried out to evaluate the color stability of bleached enamel after bleaching with four different bleaching agents. Materials and Methods: Twenty subjects were selected from an age group from 18 to 35 years according to the inclusion criteria. Subjects were divided into four groups (B) according to the bleaching agent used where B1 for Zoom bleaching agent, B2 Dash, B3 DayWhite and B4 for DioxiWhite. Color parameters (L*,a*,b*) of all specimens were measured before and after bleaching and at time intervals of 1 and 3 months with a spectrophotometer. Color changes ({u2206}E) were calculated. Data was statistically analyzed. Results: Zoom showed the highest immediate significant tooth whitening followed by Dash, DayWhite and DioxiWhite with insignificant differences.Conclusion: in-office bleaching agents used in this study (Zoom & Dash) Showed higher and more stable bleaching effect than At-home agents (DayWhite & DioxiWhite)
