Tuberculosis is considered highly zoonotic wide spread disease. There were 36 positive tuberculin animals (1.9%) from 1850 animals from different localities Egypt. The post mortem examination of the slaughtered tuberculin positive animals showed that, 32 animals (88.9%) had visible lesions (VL), while 4 animals (11.1%) had non visible lesions (NVL). Histopathological examination by H and E of lymph nodes and organ tissues revealed that lymph nodes (26.04%) and organ tissue (34.72%) samples showed typical granuloma for tuberculosis. In case of human, 48 specimens were subjected to bacteriological study including microscopical by ZN stained smear, culture onto L - J medium and identification of isolates by biochemical reaction. In the current using dot blot, and dipstick tests (A new simple tuberculosis screening tests) are, economic, inexpensive compared with ELISA and LCD array test
