The research focuses on the international boundary determination between the republic of south sudan and the republic of sudan, in the absence of a signed treaty, such problems were raised due to the existing of rich natural resources in the boundary region. Geospatial analysis tools were applied through ArcGIS software for problem formulation and introducing engineering solution. Two scenarios was applied, first the EQUAL AREA METHOD (EAM) secondly the EQUAL AREA EQUAL RESOURCES METHOD (EAERM), for placing the borderline within the disputed areas, the precise point positioning PPP technique for fixing geodetic control network in the boundary region
