Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Science - Department of Physics Summary: The nanocomposites (1-y) [Sm {u0353}CoFe₂₋ {u0353}O₄ / Li₀.₅Fe₂.₅O₄(SCFO)] /(y) [Li₀.₅Fe₂.₅O₄)]; 0 {u2264} y {u2264} 1 in wt. were successfully synthesized via an improved flash autocombustion method. Firstly, we prepare SmxCoFe₂₋ {u0353}O4; 0 {u2264} x {u2264} 0.04 to choose the critical concentration of Sm/Co ferrite. Secondly, we prepare LFO then by addition in weight we prepare the novel nanocomposite samples that consisting of two soft ferrites each of them having inverse spinel structure. The structural characterization was studied by XRD, Mössbauer spectra and TEM. The magnetic characterization was studied by Magnetic susceptibility measurements and Hysteresis loop. Finally the electrical characterization was studied by Ac Electrical measurements.
