Showed in middle segment, that group (D) showed the statistically significantly highest mean push out bond strength (8.650 MPa). Wet group showed the statistically significantly lowest mean push-out bond strength (3.691 MPa). The result showed in middle segment, desiccated group (DS) showed the statistically significantly highest mean shear bond strength (0.814 MPa). There was no statistically significant difference between group (D) and group (W); both showed the statistically significantly lowest mean shear bond strength values. Bond strength of Endosequence BC differs according to the root canal level whether middle, or apical. Canal final preparation size may influence the bond strength values in different root canal levels
