However CT arthrography can be used as an alternative method if MRI in not available in some health facilities at rural areas or in some poor countries where there is limited facilities. To achieve accurate image interpretation, the radiologist must select most appropriates techniques, and he should be familiar with both techniques as well as with the typical imaging findings in each
