Dissertation note: Thesis (Ph.D.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Medicine - Department of Orthopaedic Surgery Summary: The purpose of this study was to evaluate clinical and radiographic outcomes following medial patellofemoral ligament (MPFL) reconstruction using semitendinosus tendon graft for recurrent patellar instability. Results:The preoperative Lysholm scoreswas 43.41±12.13,and at follow-up visits, corresponding values were 84.86±9.16. The apprehension test was positive in all patients preoperatively, and all patients were negative at follow up All radiographicassessments were significantly improved
