The original work of the present thesis comprises two research projectsThe first research project deals with the synthesis of new functionalized pyrazolo[3 , 4 - d]pyrimido[1 , 2 - b][1 , 2 , 4 , 5]tetrazine derivatives via reaction of the hydrazonoyl halides with 5 - amino - 1 - phenyl - 6 - thioxo - pyrazolo[3 , 4 - d]pyrimidin - 4 - one and with its 2 - methylthio derivativeThe second research project outlines the synthesis of new functionalized pyrido[2 , 3 - d][1 , 2 , 4]triazolo[4 , 3 - a]pyrimidin - 5 (1H) - one derivatives via reaction of the hydrazonoyl halides with 7 - (4 - nitrophenyl) - 5 - phenyl - 2 , 3 - dihydro - 2 - thioxopyrido[2 , 3 - d]pyrimidin - 4 (1H) - one or its 2 - methylthio derivativeThe biological activity of products were tested against four fungi species and five bacteria species
