It is vital for all the activities of human performance. The loss of balance and increased incidence of falls is of concern to physical therapists, so we should consider the mechanics of the feet and its influence on postural stability. Purpose: The purposes of this study were to 1) evaluate postural stability in children with clubfoot 2) compare results with normal feet and 3) describe difference between antero-posterior and medio-lateral stability in children with idiopathic clubfoot. Methods: Twenty children with normal feet assigned as a control group (A) and fifteen children with clubfoot assigned as study group (B) participated in this study. All children ranged in age from five to eight years. Biodex balance system and multi-directional reach test were used to evaluate postural stability in both groups
