Background: Shoulder impingement syndrome and rotator cuff disease are among the most common causes of shoulder pain and dysfunction in adults. This can result in pain, weakness and loss of movement at the shoulder. Purpose: this study was conducted to investigate and compare the effects of laser, iontophoresis and their combination on pain level, functional disability and shoulder range of motion in patients with shoulder impingement syndrome.Results: Indicated that, there was a significant difference within each Groups (A, B and C) pre and post treatment for shoulder range of motion, functional disability and the pain intensity. But there was non-significant difference among the three group pre and post treatment. Conclusion: there is no significant difference among low level laser, iontophoresis and their combination in treatment of shoulder impingement syndrome
