Thesis (Ph.D.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Agriculture - Department of Economic Entomology and Pesticides
QuEChERS method was tested with four solvents (isopropanole, ethyl acetate, acetonitrile and n-pentane) to choose the high efficiency in recovery to determine penconazole, iprodione and chlorfenapyr from grapes and apple fruits, n-pentane was the best solvent which gave the highest recovery and isopropanole was the lowest. The RL50 and PHI in grapes were 3.65, 3.15, 4.08 and 1, 1 and 21days, respectively. The RL50 and PHI in apple were 1.82, 3.15, 2.77 and 10, 5, 21days, respectively. The method performance was tested on 79 pesticides representing different classes, the recoveries were ranged 75.85-105.66% for grapes and 75.52-105.66% for apple
