Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Engineering - Department of Electrical Power and Machines Summary: Thesis aims to develop an automated system to monitor and manage electrical loads for industrial facilities through which we can control the amount of electricity consumed so as not to exceed the contracted value, which does not have the industrial facility to enter into higher electricity segment. We also carry control in reducing the amount of electricity consumed during peak periods determined by the Ministry of Electricity and Energy for the high price of kilowatts of electricity during peak periods by 50% compared to the price off-peak periods are also designed thesis to protect induction motors from disturbance in frequency, and the instability of voltage according to the limits of international standards
