Objective: To study patterns and disease subsets of BD patients admitted to Rheumatology and Rehabilitation department and to detect whether re activity of the disease will be involoving the same system affected at first presentation. Methods: The medical records of all 82 BD patients admitted to Rheumatology and Rehabilitation department between January 2000 till December 2014 were reviewed to analyze prevalence of different disease manifestations and follow up disease patterns and subsets. Results: Mucocutaneous manifestations were present in 100% of patients, vascular manifestations in 59.8%, ocular manifestations in 64.4% and neurological manifestations in 11% of patients. Most of our patients (62.2%) assumed same system pattern throughout disease course, 34.1% of patients assumed two system patterns and 3.7% of patients assumed three system patterns. Conclusion: BD patients usually assume same system pattern throughout disease course whether mucocutaneous, vascular, ocular or neurological
