This study was designed to assess the incidence of different anatomical variations of the ethmoid bone and to detect sinus muscosal abnormalites relation to these variations. One hundered and fifty CT scans have been studied. The most common variation is the deviation of the nasal septum, followed agger nasi cells, while the least common are the uncinate process and ethmoid bulla variations. No statistically significant association between ethmoid bone anatomical variations and sinus disease
