In this study The effects of embolization depend on the embolic agent We feel the radiation time to devascularize a tumor via the endovascular approach is less than with direct approach therefore more radiation induced risks on the patient & on the interventionist is possible with the direct percutaneous approach due to longer fluoroscopy times to sum up; preoperative embolization of hypervascular tumor of head and neck region proved to be safe and improves the chance of complete removal during surgery with minimal blood loss
