An experiment of two trials was carried out to evaluate the effects of substitution yellow corn by crude glycerol on in vitro nutrients degradation (the first trial) and in vivo nutrients digestibility, rumen liquer parameters, blood plasma parameters, milk yield and composition of lactating Baladi goats (the second trial). In the in vitro experiment, crude glycerol was used with three levels 25, 50 and 75% instead of yellow corn and with three additives: fibrolytic enzyme (ALLZYME{u2122}), dry yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiea) and buffer (NaHCO3 & MgO). The in vitro dry matter disappearance (IVDMD), in vitro organic matter disappearance (IVOMD) and total gas production (GP) were determined. The in vitro trial: Crude glycerol substitution at 50 and 75% decreased (P<0.05) IVOMD and GP values. At 25% glycerol level did not differ (P<0.05) compared with the control. Addition of 4 g either of fibrolytic enzymes or dry yeast /kg DM increased (P<0.05) IVDMD by 6.5 and 6%, IVOMD by 6 and 4% and GP by 15.8 and 11.5%, respectively
