Arthroscopic single bundle reconstruction may be complicated with hard ware complications, loss of motion, infection and donor site morbidity. So we strongly recommend it for PCL indicated injuries. Finally our study is limited by a number of factors. First, the average follow up is short and further long-term follow up is necessary to and for proper assessment of ensure instability does not recur over time degenerative changes of the articular cartilage and anterior knee pain. Second, the majority of the surgical procedures are not for isolated PCL knee reconstructions. The difference between single and double-bundle PCL reconstruction, if any, can be concluded only with long-term results and larger number of patients
