With the objective of measuring postoperative radiological alignment and operative time in each arm of the study and also to look at other important parameters, such as blood loss, clinical results and complications. In this study, 93 knees were reviewed; cases were divided into 2 groups, conventional instrumentation group: 52 knees in 31 patients. Patient specific instrumentation group: 41 knees in 21 patients. The results were then studied and statistically evaluated
