This research creates and develops economic models to predict international scheduled, unscheduled arrival, departure flights and passengers to / from Cairo airport. This research discusses the importance of air transport in the economy even in EU and Egypt. It explains the perfect mean of accurate crucial forecasting of air transport industry; it reflects the estimating what the future demand and defines that air transport prediction faces many challenges because of many variables changes that have influences of aviation sector. It focuses that forecasts has to be reasonable and achievable and used for updating and analyzing historical data to help in the type, size and timing of decision making. It clears the importance of the forecasting results will be very near to the actual data by calculating accuracy level
