Cesarean section increased steadily, blood loss during section and post partum one of the direct causes of maternal death, control of blood loss during labor one of the main goals to decrease maternal deaths, oxytocin is the most common used uterotonics, routinely given after both vaginal and cesarean section delivery, oxytocin infusion found to decrease uses of additional uterotonics but doesn{u2019}t affect occurrence of major obstetric haemorrage
