Müllerian ducts are the primordial anlage of the female reproductive tract. Developmental anomalies of the Müllerian duct system represent some of the most fascinating disorders that obstetricians and gynecologists encounter. Patients suspected of having MDA are often initially referred for pelvic ultrasonography, which is quick, readily available and economical. However, MRI is currently considered the best imaging modality for MDA as it lacks radiation and provides clear delineation of both the internal and the external uterine anatomy. The aim of this study is to prove that MRI has better role in diagnosis of MDA and its subtypes
