Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Science - Department of Organic Chemistry Summary: 2-Adamantan-1-yl) (4-(substituted diazenyl)-3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl) methanone ,2-(adamantane-1-carbonyl)-4-(2-substituted hydrazono)-5-methyl-2,4-dihydro-3H- pyrazol-3-one,1-(Adamantyl carbonyl-1-yl)-3-substituted ureate, 3-(2-methyl-6-(5- methyl-1-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl) pyridin-3-yl) quinazoline-2,4(1H,3H)-dione, 1- (Adamantyl carbonyl-1-yl)-3-substituted carbamate and -(3-Adamantan-1-yl) ureido) phenyl (adamantan-1-yl) carbamate were synthesized. N'-(5-(substituted diazenyl)-4-substituted thiazol-2-yl) adamantane-1-carbohydrazide and N'-(5-substituted-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-(3H)-ylidene) adamantane-1-carbohydrazide were synthesized. 3-(adamantan-1-yl)-6-substituted-7H-[1,2,4] triazole [3,4-b][1,3,4] thiadiazine and 3- (adamantan-1-yl)-6-phenyl-7H-[1,2,4]triazole[3,4-b][1,3,4] thiadiazine were synthesized. The newly synthesized derivatives were elucidated by elemental analysis, spectral data and alternative synthetic routes whenever possible

N'-(5-(substituted diazenyl)-4-substituted thiazol-2-yl) adamantane-1-carbohydrazide and N'-(5-substituted-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-(3H)-ylidene) adamantane-1-carbohydrazide were synthesized. 3-(adamantan-1-yl)-6-substituted-7H-[1,2,4] triazole [3,4-b][1,3,4] thiadiazine and 3- (adamantan-1-yl)-6-phenyl-7H-[1,2,4]triazole[3,4-b][1,3,4] thiadiazine were synthesized. The newly synthesized derivatives were elucidated by elemental analysis, spectral data and alternative synthetic routes whenever possible
