Although (SOA) is a very useful paradigm especially in banking industry, it is not sufficiently used in that domain. In this dissertation we discussed two major obstacles,the problem of SOA security and the complexity of developing SOA applications. To help solving SOA security problem we proposed framework for SOA security decision making. We developed a general framework. As for the problem of SOA development complexity, we used the concept of generative development and proposed a framework for generating SOA applications
