Dissertation note: Thesis (Ph.D.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Engineering - Department of Architectural Engineering Summary: This research investigates the problem of finding adequate methodology that help to evade failing of delivering the majority of projects in Saudi Arabia on time, cost and scope. The main objective of this research is to design a methodology to improve the current industry practice in project management. A mix method was used in this study. Four tools were used to collect the data of pre-test, post-test, interview and questionnaires. The IPMM statistically improved the project performance compared to the traditional method
