A conceptual framework is developed to analyze the impact of IT modernization dimensions on some of HR structure dimensions like: staff structure (job titles) and (average senuority of employees), educational background of employees, average years of experience of employees, female/male rate, and the employees' role at the public sector of commercial banks in Egypt; bank Misr, cairo bank, and national Bank of Egypt
