This reserch was developed to investigate the impact of information technology (It) modernization on human resources (HR) structure, during the ongoing IT revolution and the increasingly necessity of understanding how effectively managed this dependent on rapid and free-flowing information after the world be a small village. A conceptual framework is developed to analyze the impact of IT modernization dimensions on some of HR structure dimensions like: staff structure (job titles) and (average senuority of employees), educational background of employees, average years of experience of employees, female/male rate, and the employees' role at the public sector of commercial banks in Egypt; bank Misr, cairo bank, and national Bank of Egypt
