Using diatomite at the rate of 30% gave highest increase in all characters of vegetative growth, flowering, chlorophylls content, anthocyanin content, total carbohydrates content, minerals content, stem diameter, the xylem thickness, epidermis, cortex of stem anatomical structure, the leaf thickness of palisade, spongy tissue, xylem, dphloem development for floral bud which was earlier than other concentrations 10 and 20%
