The influences of filler loading on mechanical and thermal conductivity properties were investigated for NR/SBR blend. An experimental investigation was carried out to obtain low cost construction material with desirable mechanical and thermal insulation properties. So the rubber blend loaded with different concentration of cement kiln dust (20,40,60,80,100,150,and200) phr, and high furnace slag air and water cooled with concentration (20,40,60,80,100,150,and200)phr. To obtain a product with desirable thermal and mechanical properties useful for various applications of building mateials
