The introduced concept is to use different types of suspension insulators in the same string(Hence hybrid string).This changes the capacitance and alters the voltage distribution along the string. 3D models of insulator units are made and all types of capacitances are calculated, and then arranged in a specific configuration in the string. The voltage distribution is calculated in each configuration to determine the best combination
