Results: This is a retrospective study in which 1887 catheter cases, diagnostic catheters were (837) represented 44% of procedures and interventional catheters were (1050) represented 56%. The most common types of diagnostic catheters were diagnostic TOF which represented 16%, diagnostic D-TGA represented 13% of cases and diagnostic VSD represented 11% of the diagnostic cases. The most common types of interventional procedures were balloon dilatation which represented 39.2%, PDA closures 20%, ASD closures were 9.2%, stent procedures were 5.7% and balloon atrial septostomies procedures were 4.7%. Conclusion: There was a yearly increase in number of patients who had cardiac catheterization from 2012 (n=478), 2013 (n=694), to 2014 (n=715). The highest number of diagnostic catheter cases was noted in children 1 -5 years. The highest success rate of interventional catheters in the whole study was permanent PM VVIR (98.3%), balloon dilatation (97%); PDA closure (95.8%); ASD closure (94.8%) while the least was for stent (75%)
