To describe and compare the clinical characteristics and cardiovascular risk factors and to describe and study the MDCT angiographic findings in patients with isolated coronary artery ectasia and coronary artery ectasia with obstructive coronary artery disease. Coronary artery ectasia is a relatively rare entity that has direct clinical implications, as it linked to clinical manifestations of coronary artery disease.CT coronary angiography is a non invasive, safe modality to identify and evaluate the prevalence and morphological features of coronary artery ectasia. This prospective observational study was applied on 40 patients who had been referred for CTCA in a private investigational lab, performed from June 2015 till December 2015. According to the results of MSCT coronary angiography, patients were categorized into two main groups: Group I: ( Isolated coronary artery ectasia ). Group II: (coronary artery ectasia with obstructive coronary artery disease ). The two groups were assessed for: The clinical presentations , risk factors ,the pattern and distribution of the ectasia in the coronary tree, the types of ectasia in coronary vessels were defined according to Markis classifications and the distribution of the obstructive lesion in the coronary tree
