Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Medicine - Department of General Surgery
Humans have tried to describe and measure beauty in an effort to create it since the dawn of history. Autologous fat grafting in its forms; whether macrofat or microfat grafting have overruled artificial injectables for various reasons. The pathophysiological sequences lately understood include a phase of graft cell death. This phase is followed by replacement with new tissues generated by various progenitor cells. This is where the newest method of lipotransfer 2nanofat grafting3 comes in, as it represents a method of rapid extraction of injectable stem cells that have the capacity to differentiate into new adipocytes
