Dissertation note: Thesis (Ph.D.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Science - Department of Physics Summary: In this work, two series of samples were prepared by using the citrate nitrate autocombustion method. The first group deals with the structural characterization and physical properties of nanoparticles of the formula La₀.₇Sr₀.₇Fe₁-xNixO₃ (LSNFO), where 0.0 {u2264} x {u2264} 0.2 with step of 0.05. In this group, XRD, HRTEM, magnetic and electric properties were investigated to obtain the optimum concentration of Ni2 + content. Second group deals with the effect of ionic radii of rare earth cation at A site substitution of RE₀.₇Sr₀.₃Fe₀.₉Ni₀.₁O₃ nanomultiferroics where RE = La, Pr, Nd, Gd and Dy rare earth cations on the physical properties of this nanometric samples to optimize one of these rare earth applications.
