Dissertation note: Thesis (Ph.D.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Veterinary Medicine - Department of Anatomy and Embryology Summary: Due to the little publications and also its importance in the field of modern bird industry, the present work was carried out on the baladi turkey of different weight and of different sexes to give detailed anatomical studies of the different parts of its respiratory system. The obtained results were documented by photographs and discussed in a comparative way with that of other birds, to give a valuable data for veterinary doctors in the field of clinical anatomy and physiology
