Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Engineering - Department of Electronics and Communication Summary: This thesis targets mitigating the degradation in the error performance of (OFDM) orthogonal Frequency division multiplexing systems with two transmit and one receive antennas using (SFBC) space frequency block code alamouti scheme in high mobility broadband communication. Our aim is to achieve the diversity gain for (MISO) Multible input multiple output SFBC-OFDM system and improve the bit-error rate performance of low- complexity linear detectors compared to the optimal detection methods like maximum likelihood detection by using lattice reduction pre-processing aided zero forcing receiver which is suboptimal detection algorithm. This thesis studies the performance analysis of our proposed system LLL aided ZF over spatial, and temporary correlated rayleigh fading channels
