Gram-positive bacteria pathogens have shown a remarkable ability to develop resistance to antimicrobial agents. Infections caused by methicillin and glycopeptide-resistant staphylococci and glycopeptide-resistant enterococci are getting more complicated by the ability of these bacteria to develop resistance to antimicrobial agents. This study aims to study the effects of human polyclonal intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) as adjuvant therapy against multi-drug resistant bacteria including methicillin resistant-stophylococcus aureus (MRSA), enterococcus faecium and enterococcus faecalis
