Cutaneous melanoma has the highest potential to metastasize in all body organs and represents a life threatening disease. Photodynamic therapy (PDT)has proved to be a potential treatment modality in various types of cancerous and non-cancerous diseases. The objactive of this study is to assess the PDT- mediated cell killing in de-pigmented Bi6.F10 melanoma cell line, using liposomes-encapsulated sodium ferrous chlorophylin derivative (FE-CHL)
