  • التحقيق في رابطة المتغيرات الجينية للثرنبوسبوندين-4- (ألانين387 برولين) مع أحشاء عضلة القلب الحاد في المصريين [Added title page title]
Subject(s): Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Garman University - Faculty of Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research - Department of Biotchemistry Summary: The genetic makeup is now considered one of the impotant risk factors that contribute in the incidence os acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Recently, thrombospondin-4 (TSP-4) A387P polymorphism was associated with a significant increased risk fopr premature myocardial infarction (IM). TSP-4 is a secreeted extracellular matrisx protein that is expressed mainly by endothelial cells (ECs) and smooth muscle cells (SMCs) of large blood vessels.
