MRI is useful in the work up of the patients who present with 1ry amenorrhea, both for accurate diagnosis of pathological conditions and for surgical planning. MRI is a unique diagnostic modality. It is also noninvasive and has multi-planar capabilities in the same time it has a very high soft tissue resolution
