A clinical trial has been performed on 40 cases of spastic adductor longus muscle in cerebral palsy children in orthopedic wards in Abu El reish Hospital during 6 months ,20 cases were treated by open adductor longus tenotomy while the other 20 were treated with percutaneous adductor longus tenotomy. This study was to compare the effectiveness and improvement in hip abduction angle and complications between both groups in terms of blood loss , infection and recurrence of deformity. follow up of the cases until 6 months
