PART II: Determination of Meclizine Hydrochloride and Pyridoxine Hydrochloride in their Binary Mixture In this part, five different methods were suggested to fulfill the objective of this work. This part is divided into three sections: Section A: High Performance Liquid Chromatographic Method (HPLC) for the Simultaneous Determination of Meclizine Hydrochloride and Pyridoxine Hydrochloride in their Binary Mixture. Section B: Spectrophotometric Methods for the Determination of Meclizine Hydrochloride and Pyridoxine Hydrochloride in their Binary Mixture. In this section, four spectrophotometric methods were developed. The four methods were: Direct spectrophotometric method for Pyridoxine, Dual wavelength (DWL), Ratio difference (RD) and Continuous wavelet transform spectrophotometric methods (CWT) for Meclizine. Section C: Potentiometric determination of Meclizine Hydrochloride in the Presence of Pyridoxine Hydrochloride by Ion selective Membrane Electrodes Method in their Binary Mixture. Part III: Determination of Analgin and Camylofin Dihydrochloride in their Binary Mixture This part includes four sections: Section A: High Performance Liquid Chromatographic (HPLC) Method for the Simultaneous Determination of Analgin and Camylofin Dihydrochloride in their Binary Mixture. Section B: Thin Layer Chromatographic (TLC) Method for the Determination of Analgin and Camylofin Dihydrochloride in their Binary Mixture.
