West Alqurna oil field, 43 billion bbl proved reserve, is one of the most important oil fields located approximately 70km North West of basra, Southern Iraq. Generally, west Alqurna oil field contains three oil-bearing zones that fall within the cretaceous succession including; saadi formation, mishrif formation, and yamama formation. Practically, the filed produces oil only from the Mishrif pay zones. The Soviet geologists discovered the field in 1973 as result of exploration activities that include 2D seismic and exploration drilling. It began production with 120,000 barrel/day while now, the daily production is 450 barrel/day and by the 2035, the production is anticipated to reach to 2.4 million bbl/day. In the present study, well log data and well test data of three wells are investigated in details using interactive petrophysics (IP 3.5) software and KAPPA Workstation 2016 (Saphir) to examine the reservoir properties and characterize the reservoir architecture. In addition, uncertainty analysis are executed on the output of the petrophysical analysis and pressure transient analysis
