Methods: 50 Pregnant lady 28 weeks-Full termwith history of previous cesarean section or hysterotomy,Placenta previa with its lower edge covering the scar of previous cesarean section. Results: 3D Color Power Doppler modality had a better screening capability for the prediction of the sequel of morbid placentation
