The primary purpose of this studies is to present a mathematical dispersion model of drilling mud, cuttings, and heavy metals in seawater. This model predicts the average sector pollutant concentrations in the water downstream of a single point source rig discharge. The present model is based on gaussian plume model to calculate the average concentration in 8 directions (45o-sector) around an offshore drilling rig. The model operates in two model types; the first to determine the concentration of particulate mud and cuttings in the marine water, where the second for predicting the settling rate of drilling mud, cuttings particulates, and heavy metals over the seabed. The present model is applied in selected badry platform location at gulf of Suez, the results of the present case are represented and discussed. Also other alternatives of discharged drilling mud and cutting quantities, sea water velocities. Water depths are investigated to predict its effect on the dispersion of pollutant concentration in the marine water. The result for concentration of sediment over the seabed showed the North (N) direction with minimum concentrations of drilling mud cuttings and heavy metals pollutant in the project area and South West (SW) direction with maximum pollutant concentrations of drilling mud cutting and heavy metals around the drilling rig in the gulf of Suez. As for sea water column the result showed that the minimum concentration in the East direction and the maximum concentration in the west direction
