Neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC); is the administration of chemotherapy to treat invasive breast cancer before surgery. The accurate assessment of residual tumor after NAC is a crucial prognostic factor for determining outcome and likely survival of the patient. The ability to distinguish between responsive and non-responsive patients is of critical importance for making treatment choices. Contrast enhanced spectral mammography (CESM) is an emerging modality currently under evaluation to determine its accuracy in the assessment of residual tumor after NAC
