Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Medicine - Department of Radio-diagosis Summary: Bronchiolitis is a nonspecific inflammatory and/or fibrotic process involving the respiratory and membranous bronchioles that may also involve the alveoli. Classification of bronchiolitis include cellular bronchiolitis, traction bronchiectasis, follicular bronchiolitis, RB-ILD, bronchiolitis obliterans and hyper sensitivity pneumonitis. Our study involves reviewing the HRCT findings results of 41 patients, age range 7-80. Using HRCT, we were able to detect direct and indirect sign of bronchiolitis. With complementary clinical data we were able to identify type of bronchiolitis
